Mr Formica brings to the Company practical management and business development experience. He has been a successful businessman and operations manager for over 35 years in several privately held business ventures across multiple industry sectors.
Mr Formica is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed companies Bowen Coking Coal Ltd (ASX: BCB), High Grade Metals Limited (ASX: HGM) and Veriluma Limited (ASX: VRI) and a successful investor in a number of ASX listed entities. Mr Formica has previously held directorships with ASX listed companies Orminex Ltd (ASX: ONX) and Lindian Resources Limited (ASX: LIN).
Mr King holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Systems) from University of Western Australia. His experience includes managing a boutique investment banking firm, where he specialised in the technical and financial analysis of global resource projects for equity research and mergers and acquisitions. He also represented a stockbroking and corporate advisory firm where he specialised in providing corporate advisory services for micro-cap ASX-listed companies.
Mr King is a director of ASX-listed companies European Cobalt Ltd (ASX: EUC), Eastern Iron Ltd (ASX: EFE), Six Sigma Metals Ltd (ASX: SI6) and Pure Minerals Ltd (ASX: PM1).
Mr Wheeler has more than 30 years of Executive Management, Directorship, and Corporate Advisory experience. He is a foundation Director and Partner of Pathways Corporate a boutique Corporate Advisory firm that undertakes assignments on behalf of family offices, private clients, and ASX listed companies. David has successfully engaged in business projects in the USA, UK, Europe, NZ, China, Malaysia, Singapore and the Middle East. David is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves on public and private company boards currently holding a number of Directorships and Advisory positions in Australian ASX listed companies.
Mr James Scovell is a corporate lawyer with over 15 years' experience. James is a member of the Western Australian Bar Association (WABA) in 2014. He achieved his Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia.
Mr Scovell currently practices from Francis Burt Chambers where he acts for a broad range clients, including ASX listed entities and financial institutions. He notably represented Andrew Forrest from 2006 to 2012 in relation to a high profile case regarding director's duties and disclosure obligations. James' work primarily involves providing practical, commercial legal advice for clients. This includes matters involving corporate and personal insolvency, commercial law, corporations, disciplinary tribunals, equity, insurance, professional negligence, property law, taxation, and trade practices.
Ms Julia Beckett is a corporate governance professional, having worked in corporate administration and compliance for the past 14 years. She has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, capital raisings as well as statutory and financial reporting. Julia holds a Certificate in Governance Practice and Administration and is a Certified Member of the Governance Institute of Australia. She is currently Company Secretary of European Metals Holdings Limited, Calidus Resources Limited, Ragnar Metals Limited and is Joint Company Secretary of Doriemus Plc and Metminco Limited and a number of non-listed companies.
