Mr Formica is an experienced company director with more than 30 years of commercial, operational and governance experience across ASX-listed and private businesses. He has overseen and expanded enterprises across retail, industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics, property development, resources (exploration and operations), health and technology bringing a strong practical capability in business development, strategic planning and operational leaderships.

Mr Formica holds several Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director roles with ASX-listed companies and is an active investor in both public and private enterprises. Steve is recognised for his balanced commercial judgment and strategic insight. 

Mr Formica was appointed to the Board on 2 September 2019 and is an independent director.

Mr King holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Systems) from the University of Western Australia. Eddie’s past experience includes being manager for an investment banking firm, where he specialised in the technical and financial analysis of bulk commodity and other resource projects for investment and acquisition. He was also a corporate adviser and representative for a stockbroking firm where he managed capital raisings and originated acquisitions for a number of ASX listed companies.

Mr King is currently on the Board of Bindi Metals Limited (ASX:BIM), Great Northern Minerals Limited (ASX:GNM), M3 Mining Limited (ASX:M3M), Westar Resources Limited (ASX:WSR), Eastern Resources Ltd (ASX: EFE), QPM Energy Ltd (ASX:QPM) and Rubix Resources Limited (ASX: RB6).

Mr King was formerly a director of Lindian Resources Ltd (ASX:LIN), Bowen Coking Coal Ltd (ASX:BCB), Axxis Technology Group Ltd (ASX:AYG) (renamed to ECS Botanics Ltd (ASX:ECS), European Cobalt Ltd (ASX:EUC) (renamed to Aston Minerals Ltd (ASX:ASO), Six Sigma Metals (ASX:SI6), and Sultan Resources Ltd (ASX:SLZ). 

Mr King was appointed to the Board on 10 February 2017 and is not an independent director.

Mr Wheeler has more than 30 years of Executive Management, Directorship, and Corporate Advisory experience.  He is a foundation Director and Partner of Pathways Corporate a boutique Corporate Advisory firm that undertakes assignments on behalf of family offices, private clients, and ASX listed companies. 

Mr Wheeler has successfully engaged in business projects in the USA, UK, Europe, NZ, China, Malaysia, Singapore and the Middle East.  Mr Wheeler is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves on public and private company boards currently holding a number of Directorships and Advisory positions in Australian ASX listed companies. 

Mr Wheeler was appointed to the Board on 4 December 2017 and is an independent director.
